Weekend cooks


The weekend in food.  Friday was a bake day. Buttermilk white bread and garlic herb bread. Freezer stuff.  I like to keep fresh baked bread on hand.  Especially when I am unwell and not up to baking at the time.



 Saturday night was the brothers pork chops.  So tender you just barely need a kinfe.  The red-skinned potatoes and green beans served with the pork were nice.  yummster!



Sunday smoked hot wings on the grill. Charles, once again, is the hero of the meal! All I contributed was ranch dip and celery sticks. Such a great 2-napkin finger food meal!


Just a fabulous foodie weekend! Yummster!
