Cane syrup glaze.

More chicken tonight.  Drumsticks marinated in jerk seasoning. Soooo good!

Great the with just the jerk but on the grill Charles glazes the legs with a southern fave.  Cane syrup.  Right at the end of grilling the addition of the syrup adds an almost candy apple type glaze.  A skill I have yet to figure out. 

Some how I keep doing it wrong. Setting off the smoke alarms and freaking out the dogs! I have mastered the side salad. 

A simple but delicious meal. Doesn't it make a pretty table?
