Oh! Yummy!

When the parents were here in January they brought 10 pounds of sausage with them. All the way from South Carolina they schleped our favorite sausage.  We have a goooood Momma and Daddy!

We can not get this in eastern NC.  Rats!  And I am not above sending them back to SC to get it if the folks forget it! Ok, so I won't REALLY send them back to South Carolina. I will pout all weekend.

Home Style Foods smoked sausage. It is fabu! It comes in hot, mild and cajun flavors. I love it in everything. Eggs, beans & rice, sauage & peppers even baked beans!

Tonight it was Italian peppers and sausage.

On garlic toast no less.
