Another Sunday Dinner

I LOVE Sunday dinner. Especilly because Charles usually grills. He did this weekend too.

Huge pork loin chops!  So nice.   I made green beans with taters. Yes, again! What can I say, I love them.

I found a recipe in one of the cookbooks in my reading stack. Cowboy fritters.  Black beans and salsa in white flour base.  A fresh pico de gallo for fritter dipping. Not bad! Not bad at all!

It makes a pretty table for a just us Sunday dinner with my brother.
