Pot pie dinner

I had been dreaming of chicken pot pie for weeks.  Yesterday I got the ingredients all together and got it done.

I know the pie crust on top looks like a fail but it tasted great.  I was running out of time so I turned the broiler at the end. It really was one of the best I ever made.

Such a good dinner.  Even better brunch.
