Another stock day.

I inadvertantly woke the dogs this morning. I was searing beef bones before roasting for stock. The aroma brought both Lady and Trixie running. Lol!

They went into the oven about nine o'clock this morning to slowly roast. I'll move them to the stove to simmer about two:PM.  The stock should be ready to cool late this afternoon.  

I hope the dogs don't loose their minds before then! Lol!
