Stew kick,I love It!

Lately the brother has been on a stew kick. The standards have been around a chicken stew and the best beef stew I have ever had.  This weekend he found a new stew recipe. Pork stew.

Neither of us had ever heard of a pork stew.  So we teamed it up with my jalapeño cheddar corn bread and called it a meal.

So good! Tender pork and veggies in a rich broth is a silky cousin of the beef stew. We love it! Pork stew has been added to the stew rotation! Yummster!
