Beef stew. . . Oh my!

Charles always make sure he makes enough to last all week when he grills on the weekends. Sunday it was smoked beef stew.  Tender and succulent meat with veggies cooked just right.

I ate mine over a bowl of veggie rice. Just perfect!

It has been windy and cold the last few days. Perfect stew weather. Yummster! 

I will never be able to do what Charles does with meats. The skill he has is amazing. I love having been here as he honed that skill.
