Chicken Alfredo

I Love chicken alfredo! Last night Charles smoked four huge chicken breasts. He first marinated them in basil flavored olive oil, basalmic vinegar and Italian seasoning. Then smoked the chicken low and slow.

I put together a few loaves of Italian bread, a salad and the alfredo sauce. Go team Toshach!  Alfredo is so easy and so impressive! We love it. And since it is gluten-free our mom can eat it.
