I hate to fall

Fell last night. I HATE to fall!  Bless Charles! He came to my rescue.

Thankfully nothing broke. Bruised and wrenched mostly. My hip and back took the worst of it. They are bothersome today. Ratsumtratsum ratsumfratz! Gonna rest in today. It hurts to sit or stand.

Not a happy camper! Will be in bed today. Dogs are ok with it.  They like sleeping in all day.
