Everything bagel bread

Snow coming and all the bread at the groceries is gone. So I put together 2 loaves of everything bagel bread.

The dough came together last night and did a slow rise in the fridge. This morning it's doing its second rise before going into the oven. 

This is what came out. Lovely crust and a great swirl of everything bagel topping in the middle.

Kimberly, I just used my favorite white bread recipe. Buttermilk white. Roll the dough into a rectangle. Sprinkle with the everything bagel topping. Roll up into a log. Spray lightly with water and roll in the topping. Put in loaf pan bake at 350 degrees 20 uncovered then cover with foil and bake another 20 minutes. Cool in pan 10 minutes, remove from pan and cool two hours before cutting.
