Weekend wedding

A sweet friend got married this weekend.  I hope all went well!  Her mom and I conspired to sneak a honeymoon basket into their room.

I used to make these a lot.  In these baskets and in this one in particular there were many parts. Champagne and flutes. A vintage glass vase. Vintage Mikasa dessert plates. A small covered cake stand that held a tiny black magic cake. A cake knife and server. Gold plated place settings. A set of cheese knives. There must be cheese and sausage. So there is.  All festooned with tule, ribbons and flowers.
