The brother is a baker!

My brother Charles is a master on the grill.  Now it seems he is has a hidden talent.  Baking!

The other day he baked some awesomeness.  Whole wheat muffins with cherries, almonds and coconut.  Also a streusel topping that gave them an extra sweetness and crunch. They were beautiful and very, very tasty!

With the whole wheat being the only flour they were surprisingly moist.  The brother seems to think they need more cherries. I think the need to be cut less finely.  I love a chunk of fruit in a fruit dessert.

If he keeps this up he's gonna out shine me in the baking arena!  HMMMM?
