Doctor day

Yesterday was a doctor day.  The pain clinic, the orthopedist and the GI. Poor Charles, he lost almost a whole day of work.

This day wore me out! Got home about 6:pm.  Fell asleep instantly.  Woke this morning at 10:30. Lol.

I have to get out more.  My energy levels are not getting better lying around all day. Neither is my depression.

Lying around wth the dogs

Got to find some thing to do close to home.  Some thing I can get to on my chair.  Me thinks this needs some research.
