Dinner a la Charles!

Even though Charles is out of town his smoked turkey was the star of tonights family meal.  Mom and Dad are visiting while the brother is out of town.

We thawed a turkey breast from the last big bird he smoked.  With our farmers market treasures dinner was a great Sunday dinner.


Charles' smoked turkey, roasted cauliflower in purple and gold, stuffing flavored squash (for Mom, she is gluten impaired), stuffing bread and gravy.

Oh, and cranberry sauce. Can't have turkey without cranberry sauce.
