Charles' pop-up steak house

Charles is, as I have mentioned before, my brother as well as my own personal pit master. These ribeyes are second to none in this town! 

We also had some farmers market treasures. Sliced tomatoes. Pickled cucumbers and onions. Red   bliss potatoes too.

The bread is buttermilk white with everything bagle topping. Perfect for sopping up steak juice.  My creation.

Also sautéed mushrooms and onions to top the ripeye. For me. Charles is a card carrying mushroom hater.  I was lucky he let me put them on the table for the photos.
