Everything bagel . . .sorta

I love everything bagels!  Just love love love them!  I don't often find them in the grocery.  So I tried to make them.

Making bagels is not a 'mix em/bake em' kind of process.  It is more of an all nighter if you want bagels for breakfast.

So I improvised.  I topped my white wheat loaf with my own everything bagel blend.   So pretty.

It has good crumb. Makes a fabulous ham and cheese sammie!

The topping enhances the look of a plain loaf.  Making the flavor of an everything bagel just a bite away!
