Beef

Charles used a beef brisket to make burnt ends.  Crispy outside. Tender and juicy inside. One of my faves. Tonights burnt ends were some of his very best.




I made sides of course.  Broccoli with parmigian. Sautéed green beans and onions. So good!

Our foods compliment each other nicely.  Tonights dinner is very much what I should be eating.  So good! Enjoy!
