Little more learning, about my health issues.

 I have learned a little more about my condition. When the dehydration we talked about is getting a little out of hand there is a warning sign.  When your body gets low on magnesium it can express its
deprivation by causing a condition called restless leg syndrome.

The last couple nights I have had a few bouts of this condition. So I have increased the dose of magnesium I take twice a day.  Last night I slept almost through the night.

Such a simple remedy to an aggravating, stressful side effect.  I am so glad it was so easy to take care of!

I think it's the nerve support mentioned on the label that helped so much. Good to know what to do for it if it happens again.  😃
