Yesterdays bake

Charles smoked a turkey breast on Sunday.  We have been gnawing away on it for a couple days.  I was craving my very most favorite sammie.  A turkey on stuffing bread.  I didn't have any of that bread, so I made some yesterday.

This is the bread. A standard white bread recipe.  I just added powdered or rubbed sage, celery salt, onion and garlic powder.  These few changes gives you a sandwich bread that tastes like turkey dinner dressing.

With a little cranberry sauce, sliced turkey and lettuce,this sammie tastes like turkey dinner.  

The first time I made this bread it was for the North Carolina State Fair 2001.  Just made the red ribbon, second place but I was pleased.
