Ribeye weekend!

Everything had almost settled down by Saturday evening so the brother cranked up the smoker! A rib-eye roast with  mushrooms and onions, fresh baked french bread and a chopped salad.

 This time of year some people have visions of dancing sugar plumbs. Me?  This is the dream I love. Tender, juicy and a smoky medium to die for.

A little horseradish on a slab of this beef stuffed between 2 pieces of bread and my Sunday was made too!  Yummster!
