More leftovers

Sunday Charles smoked bunches of leg quarters for the week. Tonight it was smoked chicken and green bean casserole.

It's just meat and veg in a gravy, topped with fresh bread crumbs toasted on top. However the smoke from the chicken adds a richness that makes this special. The brother said 'Ooooo, I can smell the smoke as I dish it up!' 

Yes! This will go into the make again pile.
