Taco nite!

Taco nite is not too hard in our house.  Charles always keeps shredded smoked taco meat in the freezer.  The biggest job is chopping the veggies, shredding the cheese and making the guacamole!

Mom and I made shortish work of it. Lol!  It sure made a pretty table!

Just looking at this I could eat another taco. If I wasn't just so stinkin stuffed!
