So happy, Charles cooked

The brother cooked last night.  Beef stew with smoked beef.  So lovely.

He spent all afternoon layering flavors.  The veg and beef just right. Even the potatoes are tender not waxy or mushie. 

Perfect for cold wet weather.   Mmmmmm!
