Cooking day

Cooking day yesterday.  Just for the next few days we have smoked mac and cheese.  Also stuffed baked pork loin chops. 

Mac and cheese was good but I left the chops in the oven too long. Rats!

I will know better next time.  Better reheat than to keep warm in oven. Rats!
