Leftover dinner

Last night we had another leftover dinner.  The folks brought a huge, lovely ham.

While they were here Dad made ham with fig sauce.  We made sammies.  We chopped it in salads.

Yesterday there was still over 2 pounds left!  I sliced about half to freeze.  There was still more than a pound left to do something with.

What to do?  What to do? . . . Deviled Ham THAT'S what to do!


1 LB smoked ham, minced
1/4 c mayo
1 tsp cayenne pepper
1 tsp black pepper
2 TBS brown sugar

What a leftover dinner!  Deviled Ham on Cheddar Biscuits.  MY! MY! MY!
