Another family treasure

This is a teak carving my late Aunt Sally picked up in Bali.  I am pretty sure it was purchased in the late 50s.

This big guy is 12.5 pounds of solid teak. He is a carpenter. He is nicely carved. The detail of his face is intense.

I am so happy he has come to us!  My only concern is how to care for him.

This is the first piece of wooden art we have owned.  Any ideas how to make sure he thrives here?
