Fall for a while

The fall has jumped on us! Monday, the last day of summer, temps were in the 80's. Yesterday and today? In the 60's.

Trixie and I are both cold natured. We conferenced in bed, shivering under the covers. Trixie made a motion that today was the day for the first fire of the season. 

One inspired idea!  I said 'aye!  Lady and I have rested on the couch all day. Trixie? Well you see where Trixie spent the day!

Sadly it is over now. Charles revels in this colder weather. He has been wishing for it since May. If we left the gas fireplace on he would burst into flames.  I don't want that. . . Not today anyways!  Heehee!
