Baking for the freezer

As I have mentioned I keep home made breads in the freezer. White, whole wheat and rye sandwich breads are my staples.  

I also keep Italian, hallah and hamburger rolls in the deep freeze.  My sesame burger rolls with the
brothers smokey burgers are freezer fave.  

This weekend was good yeast baking weather.  So I took advantage of the low humidity back up my baking.

I made one white, one whole wheat and two pans of thaw and bake whole wheat rolls.  

The major project was a marbled rye bread.  So pretty!  We have enough now to carry us a good while.  Rest tomorrow.



Just  add  1 tablespoon of coco  powder  to half of your favorite rye recipe.
