Home made/made ahead dinner

Once a month or so I go on a baking binge. I bake about 4 loaves of bread.  I bake them.  I slice them.  I bag them and then I freeze them for later use.  Two slices at a time.

I also have made and frozen hot pork sausage.  With 2 slices of previously frozen dill rye bread and white gravy it makes tonights dinner.

P.S.  The rye bread recipe I use is Sandwich Rye on www.kingarthurflour.com.  There are a few unusual ingredients for bread (mashed potato flakes and dill pickle juice to name 2) but the result is out of this world!
