The Smoke also rises!

The Brother and I broke out the cold smoker contraption again.  We made more bacon and this time we smoked cheeses as well.

We rigged the box this time with two shelves.  one for the 12 pounds of pork and one for 6 pounds of cheese. (no cross contamination)

Charles helped me tweak my set up a little.  He adjusted the air flow for maximum draw.

Traded my up-wind neighbor  bacon for her home made Oreo tuffles.

Bacon as currency!  Who knew?
