I’m so stuffed!

Today Charles and I made the best dinner. Country style ribs and Mac and cheese.

These are my favorite ribs the meaty pieces are smoked to perfection. They are tender and juicy. Loaded with flavor.



The Mac and cheese was creamy. The four cheeses, American, white cheddar, parmigian and Romano cheeses in a white sauce.  The bechemels base was chicken broth and cream. The base was transformed when the cheeses were added. Transformed again when sliced button mushrooms were added to the sauce. The sauce simmered to thicken then the shells were added.




My! My! My!  Perfection in both cases.  I may have eaten more than I should. Let’s face it. . . I’m stuffed!
