French toast, for dinner?

Yepper last night I was craving cinnamon nutmeg French toast. I had an exploded loaf of bread, too much yeast ooops.



Not good for sammies but just right for pain Perdue. That’s French
 for French Toast. Hee



I have mentioned my niece Esme’ before and her wonderful French toast.  I have added brown sugar to her recipe. It gives me the crispness I like.  It also enhances the spices.  I also slowed down the speed I cooked. The temp has always been too high.  The outside was golden and beautiful long before the inside had cooked through.

I love this.
