Lunch
I made a loaf of Italian bread several days ago and wasn’t able to finish it. So today I turned it into a vanilla cinnamon bread pudding. AKA: Lunch!
I chose this recipe to make base for loads of different sauces. We keep lots of frozen fruit to sauce things up. Or a caramel sauce is minutes away.
But this warm pudding is great just as it is! Well, with a scoop of ice cream. It came out of the oven right at lunch time. This was my lunch. Fabulous!
