Ice cream for breakfast

Yes!!! Now we can have ice cream for breakfast. I used what was in the house. It's just frozen strawberries, cashew milk, Splenda and just a little coconut oil. Buzzed up it  looks like this



Oh my! It's smooth, very strawberry and oh so rich.  Especially since this is completely dairy and sugar free. I need the low fat protein from nut milks. 

I am considering adding some yogurt next time.  I have missed it in the mornings. Love me some yogurt! Still this simple breakfast is a healthy luscious way to start o day.
