apple butter chicken sauce

I made some roasted chicken the other night.  I got up this morning wondering how it would taste with a hot, sweet, very appley sauce.

I warmed a mixture of my home made sugar free apple butter, unsalted butter and Sriracha. Spooned over reheated chicken.  Oh my!

I love this.  It will be part of my leftovers from now on.  Yummster!  

OOOOOO...I bet this would be good on pork too. nummmy
