Morning bake

Got some of the baking done.  This morning I made Guinness bread.  The over night starter was perfect!  (Even though it looked like the sceince experiment that spawned a multitude of monsters)

I was surprised the deep color of Guinness did not transfer to the loaf.  There is a rich Guinness flavor that makes me very happy!

Charles made smoked Italian smoked meat last night.  Pork loin and chicken in a red sauce, also smoked. I am thinking that a  hot sammie with his smoked meat and my bread all slather with mozerella and parm should be dinner.

 Charles requested banana nut bread for the week end.  I thought muffins would be fun. Easy and scrumpcious!
