Lunch today

Four cheese grilled cheese.   Oh my goodness!  Here's the way it goes.

Two slices of beer bread.  Two slices of Swiss and white American.


 Then down the middle on one side grated sharp cheddar and parmesan. Top with second piece of bread.


Then before putting in the pan paint with a mixture of 1 part mayonnaise and 2 parts butter.  The butter gives lots of flavor.  The oil based mayonnaise increases the cooking temperature.  

Giving a beautiful crispy outside! Melty and luscious inside. 

So so SO good!
