Stocks today, chicken and pork

This is the day I restock my freezer.  I have one pint each chicken and pork stock left.  Soup and Super Rice has run through my stash!

Chicken in one pot, pork in the other simmering away.  I love the smell as it cooks.  The whole house is perfumed with the aroma.

The resulting stocks are flavorful and silky.  As the base for gravy or an upgrade for instant potatoes it's wonderful. It will bump up any sauce in an instant.  If a sauce gets too thick it will loosen it up without diluting the flavor.

I love having a stash in the freezer!
