Saturday dinner!

Smoked pork!  Tender and juicey. Perfectly smoked too.  Oh my, my, my!

Glazed with a mystery sauce!  But the bark and au ju is lovely!

We tried to make smoked mashed potatoes.  They tasted great but the texture is not right. We will keep trying until there is recipe worth sharing.

I chopped the last of this meat and stirred it into home made alfredo with spaghetti! So good!
