lunch
Yesterdays lunch was delish! Home grown tomatoes on my white bread with baked french fries.
I have learned a few new tricks for baking fries. I use frozen crinkle cut fries
First and most important don't use a pan! Use a cooling rack. That's right one of those cooling racks for your cookie sheets!
In a large bowl with a tight fitting lid put a few tablespoons of veggie oil, 1/2 teaspoon sugar and 1 teaspoon of salt. lid it and shake the bowl until all fries are evenly coated. Spread the fries in one layer.
Golden brown and crispy outside. Tender and creamy inside. YUMMY!

Bake in a 450 degree for 25 minutes. They will crisp on the outside all the way around. Check it out
