Cheese toast.
Yesterday i told you about Pop Pop salad. One of the things I do with the marinade, besides salad, is dipper for cheese toast. Nom, nom, nom!
I never remember to take the photographs until the meal is half eaten. Rats!!
With the raspberry vinegar this is a sweet and sour marinade that is just right to dip cheese toast. I love Pizza Toast (pizza toast 2/9/13) especially dipped in this.
1/2 cup good olive oil
1/4 cup raspberry balsamic vinegar
1 Tbs Salad Supreme
1 Tbs grated Parmesan
Put all ingredients in a small jar with a tight fitting lid. Shake, shake, shake! Dip, dip, dip!
