Tomato powder

I have told you before, dear reader, that i love new spices, herbs and flavor ehancers.  I have discovered a new one. Sun dried tomato powder.

I find the rich, sweet and tangy flavor enriches everything from bbq rub to marinara sauce. 

Today i plan to use it in a yeast bread with basil and garlic.  I hope it works well.
