Charles cooked tonight!

Today's dinner is one of my all time faves.  Charles smoked some of the biggest pork ribs I have ever seen.  

He supplied all the fixings too.  Baked beans and cole slaw.  My only contribution were the mini whole wheat dinner rolls.

Wonderful meal.  Nothing like having a pit master for a brother!
