Lady: The Tickler

While walking the dogs we met a neighbor with her two small kids.  A boy 2ish and a baby girl not yet a year.

Mom squatted down to pet the dogs with baby girl on her hip.  Baby girl started to grin and giggle.  She laughed and laughed.

Then we saw what was so funny.  Lady was licking her foot!
