Smoked Beef

Charles smoked a beef roast this weekend.  Beautiful piece of meat.  Tender with just the right amount of smoke.  YUM!!

I love a smoked beef sandwich any way I can get it.  However, when given the choice onion roll with horseradish sauce is my go to.

The brother smoked the beef and I baked the onion rolls.  We make a great team!
