Sinful caramel

I love caramel in my coffee.  However, I have not found a commercial caramel sauce I really like.  So I made my own.

It is Alton Browns recipe.  As such it worked beautifully the first time.

The recipe makes three cups of caramel sauce and will keep for months.  Good thing too!  Even I don't drink that much coffee!
