Grilled cheese anyone?
My brother, the grill master, is embarking on a journey to learn his new toy. A cool smoke chamber for his Webber smoker.
Now with his new toy we can smoke more fragile items like cheese and bacon. He picked up sharp cheddar and havarti cheeses to smoke. He also found pork belly on sale. I’m fixing to make everything bagel bread.
We will have all the ingredients for one of my favorite sammies. Smoked havarti, bacon and Granny Smith apple grilled cheese.
