I love to bake
I bake. I love it. It qualifies as my happy place. I miss it when I don’t. It’s been several weeks since I smelled that aroma in the house. Must bake soon. Tomorrow.
I’m craving gingerbread. So a mini bake may be called for. I make gingerbread a couple times a winter. It’s been so hectic recently I haven’t baked much at all.
Gingerbread sundaes. Warm from the oven gingerbread, good vanilla ice cream, toasted pecans and sautéed apples. Cherry optional. Gingerbread sundaes.
I need a couple loaves of bread too. This is a mini bake so I’m not gonna push it. Maybe another mini bake Sunday.
More bread and maybe an expirmental cake.
