Brunch

Today brunch is a refrigerator pork and broccoli. I love the Chinese broccoli dishes.  You know beef and broccoli, chicken and broccoli, shrimp and today pork loin and broccoli.


I poured this over long noodles.  It should be lo mien but my pantry only runs to spaghetti.  I need to correct that.

Last night as I was working in the kitchen I saw the pork loin, sesame oil and baby bella mushrooms. Hmmmm? There wasn’t time last night but I dreamed of pork and broccoli all night. I got up thinking of pork and broccoli.  So brunch became that very dish.

With frozen broccoli, soy sauce, fresh garlic and corn starch I made brunch.  There is plenty to nibble on too. Yummster!  

Now I need a nap! 💤  Nite Nite!
